Foothills Community Immigration Services is a project of CCIS. FCIS, with offices located in both High River and Okotoks, is proud to offer services and programs for virtually every age group in the Foothills. Our programs are culturally sensitive, and many are open to all Canadians. Our Vision is a society where immigrants and refugees can reach their potential. Our Mission, in partnership, is to empower immigrants and refugees to successfully resettle and integrate.
