Virtual Rec Connect is a collaborative virtual Adult Day Program developed by providers across the Mississauga Halton region. Led and supported by Seniors Life Enhancement Centres (SLEC), the program serves older adults who are waiting for or unable to access in-person services, offering engaging online activities that foster connection, wellness, and community. Our vision is to expand access to Adult Day Services by reaching those unable to attend in person, improving efficiency through collaboration, and delivering rich, person-centered programming across a broader community.
