Summit Housing & Outreach Programs is a community-based organization serving the Halton Region, providing supportive housing and outreach services for individuals living with serious mental health challenges. Since 1981, Summit has been dedicated to helping people achieve stability, independence, and improved wellbeing through compassionate, person-centered care.
Our mission is to lead in supportive housing, case management, and advocacy, while our vision is to partner in creating a better quality of life for the people we serve.
