Seniors Life Enhancement Centres (SLEC) is a forward-thinking, non-profit Adult Day Program supporting older adults with cognitive, physical, or health-related challenges. We serve the vibrant communities of Mississauga and Halton Regions—and we’re on a mission to make every day meaningful. We believe in purposeful living, compassionate care, and building meaningful connections.

Virtual Rec Connect is an online recreational program designed to offer therapeutic activities to vulnerable and isolated older adults, as well as individuals with cognitive and physical disabilities who are either on a waitlist for in-person adult day services or are unable to attend in person.
