Ongoing
Right now the Fall Celtic Festival is entering an exciting period of growth. With expanded programming, new partnerships, and a vibrant community behind us, we’re preparing for our most ambitious year yet — and we’re seeking new Board Members to help guide the Festival’s next chapter. General responsibilities for all Board Members include attending board meetings (approximately once a month), collaborating with other Board and team members, and ensuring the overall success of the Festival.

Current Board Opportunities
We are especially looking to fill the following volunteer leadership roles:
*   Vendor Coordinator
*   Secretary
*   Kid Zone Coordinator
*   Highland/Gaelic Games Coordinator
Help us shape a Festival that celebrates creativity, heritage, and community spirit.

Qualifications
*   Fluent English
*   Teamwork and problem-solving skills
* Interest in or knowledge of event planning
* Knowledge of Celtic culture is useful for some board positions but not required

How to Get Involved
Whether you’re ready to step into a role right now or simply want to learn more about how we work, we invite you to join us at our Annual General Meeting:
📅 Tuesday, February 10, 2026 — 7:00 PM
📍 Royal Windsor Pub, 610 Ford Drive, Oakville, ON

Alternatively, we’d love to hear from you or answer any questions via email at:
📩 fallcelticfestival@gmail.com
Why should you volunteer for this opportunity?
These are unpaid positions, but they offer a unique community leadership opportunity to collaborate with interesting professionals and artists, and make a lasting impact on the community.

✨ Come for the craic*, stay because you’re part of something bigger.

* Craic (an Irish Gaelic word, pronounced “crack”) means fun, connection, and good times shared.
