Cyber Harassment Support (CHS) is looking for a volunteer who can support outreach by sending professional emails and making follow-up phone calls to communities, nonprofits, schools, libraries, and organizations. This is project/program-management style work—helping CHS track outreach, schedule meetings, and build collaboration pipelines for awareness sessions and partnerships. What you’ll do (typical tasks): Send outreach emails using CHS templates and program descriptions Follow up by phone (when appropriate) to confirm the right contact person Share CHS offerings (awareness sessions, webinars, support resources) clearly and professionally Track outreach in a simple spreadsheet (contacted / follow-up / meeting scheduled / closed) Coordinate meeting scheduling and handoffs to the CHS team Keep communication respectful and sensitive (topics involve cyber safety, harassment, sextortion
