Volunteer HR & Onboarding Coordinator

2-5 hours / weekly
6 months minimum
The Roles will include :
1. Initial screening of volunteer applications against role criteria.
2. Short HR screening calls before candidates reach you.
3.Collecting resumes, availability, references, and commitment confirmation.
4.Preparing and tracking volunteer agreements, NDAs, and required forms.
5.Coordinating onboarding, orientation, system access, and group introductions.
6.Maintaining a confidential volunteer master tracker and document folder.
7.Tracking start dates, probation or trial periods, role changes, and exits.
Certification or Education Required
Preference will be given to candidates with education or experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or nonprofit volunteer management. Strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and documentation skills are desirable.
