Documentation & Knowledge Management Volunteer
Ongoing
CHS is looking for a volunteer to streamline our documentation and knowledge-management process so everything is organized, searchable, and consistently maintained from technical documentation (tools, workflows, systems) to non-technical documents (program materials, MoUs, templates, policies, and operations). You’ll create a simple structure, naming/versioning standards, and lightweight processes that help CHS run efficiently as we grow. Time: 4–6 hrs/week (flexible).
Why should you volunteer for this opportunity?
Gain portfolio-worthy experience building documentation systems for a growing nonprofit. This is real **project/program management-style work**: streamlining processes, creating templates/SOPs, and setting up a simple knowledge base that improves how CHS delivers victim support and awareness programs. Remote and flexible (4–6 hrs/week). Work closely with the founder/team, get hours confirmation, and a reference letter after consistent contribution.
