Bronte Historical Society

The Bronte Historical Society is a volunteer run non-profit organization dedicated to preserving Bronte's heritage and celebrating its past. The mission of the society is to collect, organize, and preserve material about Bronte and the surrounding area. We work hard to promote awareness and appreciation of Bronte's history. We host guest speakers, present rotating exhibits and displays, and publish a newsletter twice a year! Our headquarters, Sovereign House, is the second oldest historic building in Oakville, located right by the lake.
