Therapy Dog Unit Coordinator - Oakville

The Therapy Dog Unit Coordinator manages, supports and facilitates local St. John Ambulance (SJA) Therapy Dog services and affiliated initiatives.  The Therapy Dog Unit Coordinator is responsible for the overall organization and training of the Therapy Dog Unit. Coordinators work closely in co-operation with and regularly communicate with 
their Regional Therapy Dog Program Advisor and Regional Community Services Coordinator, and as required, the Therapy Dog Advisor of SJA to ensure the smooth, efficient operation of the program.  Coordinators must adhere to SJA rules and guidelines and follow the specific rules and best practices for the Therapy Dog program.
