Make a meaningful difference this summer in Tobermory!
St. Edmunds Bruce Peninsula Museum is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help preserve and share the rich cultural and natural heritage of the Northern Bruce Peninsula. Our volunteers are at the heart of the museum experience—welcoming visitors, supporting programs, and helping bring local history to life.

Housed in a historic 1898 schoolhouse, with heritage cabins and outdoor exhibits on site, the Museum offers a warm, community-focused environment where volunteers of all backgrounds are welcome.
Why should you volunteer for this opportunity?
Be part of a welcoming community, learn and share local history, and make a meaningful contribution to a place people love. Enjoy flexible, low-pressure volunteering with training and staff support. Build skills in customer service, education, or events, stay socially engaged, meet new people, and feel genuinely appreciated as part of the Museum team.
