Sponsorship and Grant Coordinator - VIRTUAL

1 year committment minimum
Research and identify potential sponsors and grant opportunities: The coordinator should research and identify organizations or individuals that could potentially sponsor or provide grants for the organization. This will involve analyzing the organization's needs, the eligibility criteria, and the application process for each potential sponsor or grant.
Develop and manage relationships with sponsors and grant providers: The coordinator should build and maintain relationships with sponsors and grant providers to ensure continued support for the organization. This will involve communicating with them regularly, providing progress reports, and acknowledging their support.
Create sponsorship and grant proposals: The coordinator should develop compelling proposals to attract potential sponsors and grant providers. This will involve writing clear and concise proposals that explain the organization's mission, goals, and objectives, as well as the benefits of supporting the organization.
Coordinate grant applications: The coordinator should manage the grant application process, ensuring that all necessary documents are submitted on time and that the application meets the requirements of the grant provider.
Manage grant funding: The coordinator should ensure that the organization is compliant with the grant provider's requirements for using the funds. This will involve tracking expenditures, submitting reports, and communicating with the grant provider on a regular basis.
Plan and execute sponsorship events: The coordinator should plan and execute events that promote the organization and its sponsors. This will involve coordinating with the sponsors, developing event plans, and managing the event logistics.
Maintain records: The coordinator should maintain accurate records of all sponsorships and grants, including applications, correspondence, reports, and financial records.
Evaluate the success of sponsorships and grants: The coordinator should evaluate the success of each sponsorship and grant to determine the impact on the organization. This will involve analyzing the financial and non-financial benefits of each sponsorship or grant, as well as identifying areas for improvement
