More than 1/3 of Canadian children can't participate in sports or recreational activities due to financial barriers. If you believe in the power of sport to help build the self-esteem and social skills of a child, get involved with us!

Athletics For Kids Financial Assistance Society (A4K) provides families in need with financial assistance to pay for registration fees for their children’s sports. We believe that all BC children should have the opportunity to play sports and realize their full potential, regardless of their socioeconomic status.

A4K has many inspiring stories of the crucial change happened in the lives of the children thanks to the sports and with the assistance of A4K funding. These stories could help families to reach out and apply to get help, or the potential Donors get connected and with us and provide funds to make it possible for more families to get funding.

For that, we are looking for an inventive and dedicated content creator to produce engaging videos using the requirements and the ideas of the Program and Communications Coordinator. The videos mostly going to consist of the material filmed while interviewing the families in prior. If you are looking for a meaningful update to your portfolio and are keen on meeting new people, this is a great opportunity just for you!

Video content creator requirements:

- Passion for content creation
- Experience of filming and post production using convenient apps
- Time and ability to physically get the interview filmed within Lower Mainland (North Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Tri-Cities, Vancouver)
- Readiness to dedicate up to 10-15 hours of your time
- Passion for A4K’s mission to ensure all BC kids can participate in organized sports by supporting families in need with financial assistance
