About the Role:
Rainbow Play Café is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Volunteer Café Assistants. This is not just a regular volunteer role — it’s an opportunity to grow with us during our exciting transition phase.

Why Volunteer?
We are currently in the process of building and expanding our café under new ownership. While the business is growing, we are seeking passionate individuals who can lend a hand for the first couple of months as volunteers. This helps us manage our operations smoothly while keeping the café sustainable in its early phase.

Duration of Volunteer Period:

The volunteer period will last for a maximum of 3 months only.

After this initial period, we guarantee a transition to a paid position.

What You’ll Do:
Assist with café operations (serving drinks, light food prep, tidying up, etc.)
Welcome and support families visiting the play area
Help with simple tasks like stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a warm, friendly atmosphere
Share ideas for improving customer experience.
