Volunteer Cafe Assistant
Volunteer Café Assistant at You N Me Cafe We’re looking for a kind, reliable human to join our team. This is a short-term volunteer role (maximum 1.5 months), with the opportunity to transition into a paid position based on performance and commitment. What You’ll Do: Take orders & handle basic cashier duties Make lattes, smoothies, frappes, bubble teas & sandwiches Chop vegetables & assist with light food prep Wash dishes, clean tables, sweep & mop Organize and support daily café operations Experience preferred, but not required. We will teach you everything - from drinks to customer service. You’ll also get to see how a local café grows from the ground up - real entrepreneurship, real operations, real behind-the-scenes learning. We are not a franchise.
