he Role

As a Front of House Volunteer, you will play an important role in welcoming patrons and representing Crane Creations Theatre Company. You will help create a positive, professional, and memorable theatre experience while serving as an ambassador for the company and our programming.

Responsibilities may include:

-Welcoming and engaging with audience members before, during, and after performances
-Scanning tickets and assisting with audience entry
-Helping patrons locate seating, exits, washrooms, parking, and other amenities
-Distributing programs and sharing information about upcoming productions and events
-Supporting front of house and box office activities, including assisting patrons during weekday office hours and event times
-Answering questions and helping audience members feel comfortable and informed
-Representing Crane Creations Theatre Company in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner at performances, events, and community activities

Crane Creations Theatre Company is a vibrant, professional theatre company based in Mississauga dedicated to building and strengthening the arts community in Mississauga and the Region of Peel. We produce original theatrical works, present puppetry and theatre programming, manage community performance spaces, and organize an annual international puppetry festival. We strongly believe in providing meaningful opportunities, leadership, and hands-on experience for emerging artists, arts workers, and community members.
