You will help build Blue Corridor Global into a recognizable and respected brand while growing awareness for Chapters Project, Excellence Era, and the African Tour. Responsibilities Content Creation Create and publish: Reels Carousels Story sequences Visual campaigns Event promotions Behind-the-scenes content Creative Direction Help develop: Content concepts Campaign ideas Visual storytelling approaches Viral growth opportunities Community Building Respond to comments and messages Engage with aligned communities Build relationships with creators and organizations Growth Strategy Track platform trends Identify content opportunities Improve audience retention Increase organic reach Analytics Monitor: Reach Shares Saves Follower growth Engagement rates Ideal Candidate You are: Active on Instagram Creative and visually minded Familiar with Reels and creator culture Able to identify trends early Strong storyteller Comfortable editing content Bonus: Canva experience CapCut experience Graphic design skills Photography/videography experience
