Chapter Leader/Regional Director

We're looking for high school students to lead a STEMroots chapter in their community. As a chapter leader, you would be responsible for bringing free STEM workshops to local schools, as well as handling local operations and communication. You would work directly with the STEMroots team to find community partners. Complete lesson plans, materials lists, role/curriculum documentation, premade presentations, and financing for materials is provided. 

STEM workshops usually consist of an informational lesson (forces, chemical reactions, etc.) followed by an experiment to solidify the learning (egg drop, elephant toothpaste, etc.)

You will be trained and prepared to run these workshops, and our team will be in constant contact to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Certification or Education Required
CPR certification and/or first aid training is ideal.
Must be a high school student.
