Volunteer Opportunity – Agricultural Production at Country Heritage Park Location: Milton, ON Country Heritage Park is a not‑for‑profit organization dedicated to education around sustainability and agriculture. We’re seeking enthusiastic volunteers who love working outdoors and want to be part of our on‑site agricultural production team. What you’ll do: -Prepare fields and crop beds for planting, e.g. removal or large weeds, tilling soil, installing stakes/ trellises -Propagate, plant & maintain crops and edible plants in our fields -Learn to identify & remove weeds and nuisance plants -Water crop rows to keep plants healthy -Harvest mature produce and set aside seeds from spent crops for next season’s planting -Removal of dead, dying or infected plants from the fields No minimum hour requirement. Current shifts available Monday-Friday between 9 am & 5 pm
