The not-for-profit Friends of the Fairfield Gardens Society (FFGS) was incorporated in 2005 to maintain the Gardens for the benefit of Lethbridge Research Centre staff and the broader Lethbridge community. Volunteer members prepare and plant the flower beds in the spring, water and weed them during the summer and clean out the beds in autumn as well as plant new trees to replace those that have died.
