Big Brother/Big Sister
Improve the life of a child and have a lot of fun! Our mentors commit to spending a few hours each week with a child in their community who is in need of extra support. All of our matches are based on compatibility, so "Bigs" and their "Littles" are free to do any mutually enjoyed activity. Cheer on the Hurricanes, go for a bike ride, fix up an old car or bake cookies--the possibilities are endless!
Additional Details & Skills Required
Volunteers are provided with ongoing support from Caseworkers for the duration of their match. Due to COVID-19, all matches take place digitally. When restrictions allow safe and socially distanced activities can take place in the community.
