Nail Care Assistant

In an atmosphere of relaxation and pampering, residents will have the opportunity to socialize with nail care provider on a one to one basis, while having their fingernails manicure and polished.. This will improve self-esteem; provide sensory stimulation, socialization, increased motivation and enjoyment.

Volunteers should have/be:

-a working knowledge of the English language
-ability to interact comfortably with residents
-knowledge of basic nail care – how to use nail care equipment safely and correctly
-physically able to perform nail care
