Our farm/harvest volunteers are the magic of the Okanagan Fruit Tree Project! You choose which of our fruit harvests or farm days to attend and then join us in growing and/or harvesting delicious fruits, vegetables, and nuts to share with our community. This includes planting seeds and seedlings, weeding, and harvesting!
Why should you volunteer for this opportunity?
Meet the Harvest Leader and other volunteers at the location and we will grow and/or harvest food together! Farm days and harvests last approximately 1-2.5 hours. Produce is shared among local organizations serving those in need, the volunteers, and the tree owner (if it’s a fruit harvest). It’s really that easy!
