Senior Steering Committee Member- Retirement Engagement Program

KCR Community Resources is seeking 8–10 seniors to join the Senior Steering Committee for our new Retirement Engagement Program. 

The Retirement Engagement Program will support seniors in staying connected, engaged, and involved in community life through volunteering.

As a Steering Committee member, you will help guide the development of the program by sharing your experiences, ideas, and insights. 

We are looking for seniors who have experience with volunteering, community involvement, leadership, or staying active after retirement and who are interested in helping shape opportunities for other seniors.

What You'll Do
-Share your experiences and perspectives 
-Help identify seniors' needs, priorities, and opportunities for engagement
-Provide feedback on program activities and outreach strategies
-Help us understand how best to connect with and support seniors in our community

Commitment
-Approximately 3–6 meetings per year
-Meetings are about 1–1.5 hours each
-Flexible participation, with virtual and in-person options when possible
