Looking to put your networking or outreach skills to great use? Join the Fundraising Subcommittee for Watch Her Soar 2025 and help us secure the critical support that powers our event — from sponsorships to auction items to donor recognition. You’ll work with others to: Support sponsor outreach and stewardship Help source silent and live auction items (and assist with item entry and photography) Contribute to event-night auction setup and recognition efforts Time commitment: 2–8 hours of flexible work time If you enjoy connecting with people and want to support women in a tangible way, this is a great fit.
Why should you volunteer for this opportunity?
This event is powered by a high energy and engaging team of volunteers who collaboratively bring it to life each year. This is the third year for this event and we are positioned to be one of Kelowna's "not to be missed events" in the fall gala season. It is the signature fundraising event for Dress for Success Kelowna, and fuels our programs that help women achieve their employment and financial goals.
