Provincial Conference Events Volunteers Needed

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us deliver these events. Your support makes it possible for us to host professionals, service providers, and community members from across the province. These gatherings are part of a province-wide initiative to advance brain injury awareness, prevention, and support.

Roles of support may be required to:
- Registration and Greeting – welcome attendees, check them in, hand out name badges
- Set-up and Take Down – help prepare the venue before and after the event (chairs, tables, signage, supplies)
- Exhibitor Support – assist businesses and organizations with setting up booths and displays
- Food and Beverage Support – monitor food and refreshment stations, keep areas tidy, refill water pitchers
- Wayfinding and Venue Guidance – direct attendees to meeting rooms, washrooms, and exhibitor booths
- Session Support – give gentle reminders when breaks are ending, assist with microphone hand-offs for Q&A
- Floaters – step in where extra help is needed (photocopying, delivering messages, or troubleshooting)
- Hospitality – create a welcoming environment by checking in on attendees and answering questions
