Web/Software Developers Needed- Help Build a Child Sponsorship Workflow!

Ongoing
Murphy Charitable Foundation Uganda, in partnership with Murphy Charitable Foundation USA (501(c)(3)), is seeking passionate volunteer web and software developers to help us build an advanced Child Sponsorship Platform connecting global sponsors with vulnerable children.

We’re inviting frontend and backend developers, UI/UX designers, database engineers, and content creators to collaborate on a transparent, emotional, and secure platform, featuring child matching, pen pal integration, automated IRS-compliant tax receipts, and real-time impact dashboards.

This is a flexible, fully remote volunteer opportunity (2–10 hrs/week).
Join us to use your tech skills for good and make a real difference in children’s lives.
Why should you volunteer for this opportunity?
As a volunteer, you’ll gain hands-on experience in real web and app development while supporting a global child sponsorship project. You’ll grow your technical, teamwork, and communication skills, build your portfolio, and receive a recommendation letter. Most of all, you’ll help connect children to sponsors and make education possible.
