**Foothills Communities - Okotoks, High River, Diamond Valley, Nanton, Cayley, Claresholm We are looking for individuals who are interested in being matched with a senior in one of our communities to be a caring support to them. Our seniors are often looking for a weekly phone call, a coffee visit, help with light chores or help getting groceries. Each individual is different! We will work with you to find the best match that works with your schedule. By promoting wellness and social connections our program can help reduce social isolation and help our seniors stay active, independent and engaged!
