Westwinds provides provincially operated seniors independent living in studio and one bedroom in Black Diamond, High River, Turner Valley and Okotoks.
Westwinds provides social housing accommodation for families in Black Diamond, High River, Turner Valley and Okotoks.
Affordable housing options are available to seniors and working families in Black Diamond, High River, Okotoks and Turner Valley.
Rent Supplement assistance is available for qualifying households who reside in the MD of Foothills, County of Vulcan, MD of Willow Creek and the hamlet of Bragg Creek.
Westwinds assists over 500 households annually.
