Rainbow’s End is a registered charity that employs people living with mental illness. We serve the Hamilton-Burlington region and operate a number of social enterprises in which our team-members are employed.

We believe that everyone deserves the chance to work. Everyone has the right to be treated with an equitable level of respect. As a community, we have the power to affect positive change. Our community’s quality of life is defined by the quality of life of each.
