Home Visits Team

Summary Profile: 
  
CityKidz is seeking individuals to provide support to kids throughout the week by becoming a Home Visits Team Member. Every other week you’ll have the opportunity to go to the homes of CityKidz families and connect. 
 As a Home Visit volunteer, you will be part of an energetic, and highly rewarding team as you encourage big dreams for children. This role is key to building relationships with children and their families and to provide information of the Saturday program or other initiatives for CityKidz.

•	Good judgment and able to take initiative.

•	Outgoing and Friendly personality.
•	Adaptable.
•	Humble persona. 
•	Effective communication skills to engage with kids, families, and other volunteers.
•	High level of common sense and alertness.
 
Experience & Education:

•	Ability to lead by example through your words and actions (required).
•	Experience working with children (preferred).

Time Commitment:

Minimum four (4) month commitment is required, for at least 1x a month but preferably biweekly Wendesdays through January- December. 
Shifts: Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday for two (2) hours, between 3:00pm-7:00pm
