Fundraising Volunteer

Friends of the Fort St. John Public Library need volunteers to help raise funds and awareness about their cause at local events. 

Responsibilities of this role:
1. Communicate and promote the Friends of the Fort St. John Public Library's mission and impact to the public at local events
2. Distribute informational materials and respond to queries from the public at local events 
3. Assist with fundraising campaigns at local events
4. Help with setup and cleanup at local events

Requirements for this role: 
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with a diverse groups of people
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
4. Time management and organizational skills 
5. Willingness to learn 

Successful candidates will be notified via email about scheduling shifts for upcoming fundraising events.
