Book Sale Event Volunteer

We need volunteers to help run our Book Sale Events that take place every 4-6 months at the Fort St. John Public Library. This is our organization's main fundraiser and funds raised support the Fort St. John Public Library's programming and services. 

Volunteers are responsible for the following, depending on the shift(s) they choose:  

1.  Helping with setup and break-down.
2. Maintaining visually pleasing sales displays.
3. Distributing posters and flyers for upcoming events. 
4. Sorting and organizing inventory. 
5. Assisting patrons.
6. Helping collect payments and donations.

Successful applicants will receive email notifications about available shifts for upcoming Book Sale events and they can choose any number of shifts the want. Please note that it can take a few months to receive the first email, depending on when the last event took place.
