Wîhkwêntôwin Community League Promotion
Outgoing volunteers will help us host an outdoor booth at events on August 16, September 19, and October 4. We need volunteers that would love to talk with neighbours about what makes Wîhkwêntôwin so great, upcoming local programs and events, and sign people up to be a member of the Community League. We need 4-6 volunteers to host each event booth with set up/take down, talk with neighbours about the Community League, and help neighbours to fill out a membership card. The dates and times volunteers are needed - Sunday August 16th at the 102 Street/Grand Market, volunteer shifts are either 10:00am-1:00pm or 1:00pm-4:00pm Saturday September 19th at Community League Day in Kitchener Park, volunteer shifts are either 10:30am-1:30pm or 1:30pm-4:30pm Sunday October 4th at the 102 Street/Grand Market, volunteer shifts are either 10:00am-1:00pm or 1:00pm-4:00pm.
