Director of Social Media

Young Minds Eye (YME) is a not-for-profit organisation aiming to provide free educational services to students who have difficulties accessing resources. Our Organization originally started as our student group Help Young Minds at the University of Alberta. We now focus on establishing our organisation on a national scale to serve more youths out there. At YME, we strive to work together as a team, support each other and push each of our programs forward in order to make an impact on our community. Come make positive impact to the community!

Director of Social Media: 
+ Oversee content creation and posting on Instagram and Facebook
+ Establish and manage the organization’s LinkedIn page, and build connections within the community
+ Collaborate with the Blog Coordinator and Webmaster to keep content current and consistent across all platforms
+ Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages and fostering interaction
+ Work with the Recruitment/Outreach Director to attract new students and volunteers
+ Promote organization events across social media channels, as applicable
