OUTREACH AND RECRUITMENT YOUTH SPECIALIST

About Our Organization Young Mind’s Eye (YME) is a not-for-profit organization aiming to provide educational services to the underprivileged population. Our Organization originally started as our student group Help Young Minds at the University of Alberta. We now focus on establishing our organization on a national scale to serve more youths out there. At YME, we strive to work together as a team, support each other and push each of our programs forward in order to make an impact on our community. About This Position We’re seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our Outreach Team! Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic about youth empowerment and community engagement. Key responsibilities include: - 🎨 Creating presentations and promotional materials to showcase our programs to children and youth - 🤝 Building relationships with youth organizations across the designated province to expand our reach - 🧩 Collaborating with the Community Connection Officer to plan and implement impactful outreach initiatives - 🔍 Researching and connecting with schools, organizations, and families to better understand and meet the needs of underprivileged youth - 📊 Evaluating youth engagement in our programs and identifying areas for growth and improvement Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of the young generation!
