Fund Development Support Volunteer
The Fund Development Support Volunteer at Terra Centre plays a meaningful role in helping strengthen relationships with donors and supporting fundraising efforts that benefit young parents and their children in the Edmonton community. This flexible volunteer opportunity requires a small weekly commitment of up to two hours and is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and wants to make a positive impact. Volunteers may assist with donor thank-you calls, monthly donor engagement, follow-up emails or mail-outs, and occasional fundraising campaign support. They will also help maintain accurate records while following confidentiality and privacy guidelines. Training, clear guidance, and ongoing support are provided by the Fund Development team to ensure volunteers feel confident and welcomed in their role. This position is a great opportunity to build communication and administrative skills, gain experience in fundraising and donor relations, and contribute to an organization dedicated to supporting young families.
