STEAMistic (Science Workshops Volunteer)

STEAMistic is an Edmonton-based youth-led initiative that aims to distribute STEAM-related educational materials & activities to youth from low socioeconomic status (SES) backgrounds across Edmonton & area. Our goal is to ignite curiosity among the youth, help them build innovation skills, leadership skills and critical thinking skills. Our mission is to provide accessible STEAM education & activities to young people across Edmonton; to encourage innovative, scientific imagination; and to foster an interest in STEAM among young people. 

For the 2024/2025 term, we have several positions open (Instruction, Finance, Communications, Outreach and Activity & Research team positions).
