STEAMistic is a youth-led initiative that aims to distribute STEAM-related educational materials & activities to youth from low SES backgrounds across Edmonton & Calgary. Our goal is to ignite curiosity among the youth & help them build innovation, leadership & critical thinking skills.

The Director of Finance will be responsible for managing a small team of volunteers (the project managers) and overseeing the process of grant writing/applications, contacting community partners, and organizing fundraising events. The Director of Finance is also responsible for creating a budget document for all STEAM activities. 

The ideal candidate for this position must possess team management skills, and some previous experience in grant writing/applications, fundraising, and finance.
