The organization aims to promote and preserve Caribbean culture in Western Canada through various initiatives and programs. These include:

Education and awareness: The organization will provide educational resources and workshops to educate the public about Caribbean culture, history, and traditions.
Community engagement: The organization will foster a sense of community and belonging among Caribbean individuals living in Western Canada. We will engage strategies that also encourage those of Non-Caribbean descent to participate, learn and broaden cultural experiences.
Arts and culture: The organization will promote Caribbean music, dance, and visual arts in Western Canada through performances, exhibitions, and cultural festivals.
Heritage and tradition: The organization will work to preserve and promote traditional Caribbean practices and customs, such as food, and language.
Economic development: The organization will work to support the economic development of Caribbean-owned businesses in Western Canada, through networking and mentorship opportunities. Events and programs will also be used as launchpads for job creation for those of Caribbean heritage
Representation: The organization will act as a voice for the Caribbean community in Western Canada, promoting their interests and concerns to relevant government and non-government organizations.
Partnership: The organization will work closely with community groups and other organizations in Western Canada that share the vision of amplifying Caribbean voices and fostering shared cultural learning.
Arts and Technology Integration: The organization will promote the use of technology in traditional and contemporary Caribbean arts, such as music, dance, and visual arts, through workshops, events, and collaborations with artists and technologists.
Digital Arts Creation: The organization will support the creation and distribution of digital art forms that showcase Caribbean culture, such as virtual reality experiences, video games, and interactive installations.
Virtual Cultural Preservation: The organization will use technology to document and preserve traditional Caribbean practices, customs, and heritage, such as food, religion, and language, through digital platforms, virtual tours and online archives.
Online Cultural Promotion: The organization will use digital platforms and social media to promote Caribbean culture and events in Western Canada, targeting a wider audience and encouraging participation and engagement.
Arts and Technology Education: The organization will provide educational resources and workshops to educate the public about Caribbean culture, history, and technology will also be used to promote aspects of the culture and to connect mentors and elders residing in the Caribbean with those of Caribbean heritage in Western Canada
