Edmonton, AB [map]
Ongoing
Shepherd’s Care Foundation is a faith-based, not-for-profit organization providing quality care and accommodations to more than 900 seniors throughout Edmonton. Our campuses provide living options for a full spectrum of care, including independent living, supportive living, supportive living with dementia, long-term care, and complex care.

Volunteers enrich the residents’ lives by providing companionship and enabling them to participate in desired activities and/or outings. This may include 1:1 visits, walks in the courtyard, and activities such as modified bowling, birthday celebrations, and more!
Recreation Volunteers help porter ( safely moving residents in wheelchairs) and assist staff in the delivery of activities and programs as required. This is an excellent opportunity to interact with residents and help create a meaningful experience!
