Community Outreach Worker(Animals)

SMPF Community Outreach Worker to be the face of our animal welfare organization in the local community. This role involves educating the public on animal care, promoting our services , and building strong, positive relationships with community members and partners to improve animal welfare. 
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement: Act as a liaison between SMPF, and the community, and educational workshops.
Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and attend outreach events, and fundraising activities to raise awareness and support for our animal services.
Education and Advocacy: Educate the public on responsible pet ownership, animal welfare laws, and the importance of our mission, creating engaging messaging and materials.
Partnership Building: Identify and develop partnerships with local businesses, schools, community groups, and government agencies to expand our reach and impact.
Volunteer Coordination Support: Recruit, train, and support volunteers involved in outreach activities.
Case Management: Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, community interactions, and program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
