Donation Room Coordinator

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive volunteer to help steward our In-Kind Donation Room — the place where community generosity becomes support for the seniors we serve.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating order, keeping track of useful items, and making sure the right things are available at the right time. You’ll help transform a simple storage space into a well-run resource that truly makes a difference.
What you’ll help with:
• Organizing and maintaining the donation room
• Keeping a simple, clear inventory of supplies
• Noticing what we have plenty of — and what we’re running low on
• Communicating with staff so items are available when needed
• Bringing a little pride, care, and ownership to the space
