OSP- On Site Placement

We are a not-for-profit organization that is dedicated to building an inclusive community through employment-related services that promote the inclusion of individuals facing barriers as valued participants in the workforce.
We do this by providing employment enhancement training for local job seekers that build skills, confidence and self-esteem. We then create employment placement opportunities by matching the skills and abilities of individuals to contribute in a meaningful way to the success of our business community partners.
OSP also provides a service to local businesses in the Edmonton region who are in need of employees or services for temporary or short-term employment needs, at competitive rates.

OSP promotes workplace inclusion and diversity as its foundational premise and goal.
