We are now accepting applications for our 2026 cohort. This program is a professional development experience for driven young leaders who want to deepen their understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion while gaining hands-on experience that builds confidence and real-world influence. Whether you're already leading in your school, workplace, or community, or you're ready to step into that role, this program will help you elevate your impact. We especially encourage applications from youth who identify as members of equity-deserving groups, including First Nations, Inuit and/or Métis peoples, Women, Visible Minorities and/or Newcomers, People Living with Disabilities, and 2SLGBTI+ youth. Allies committed to supporting these communities are also welcome and encouraged to apply. As a Changemaker, you will gain professional development through: ✔ Leadership, communication, and project management training ✔ A deeper understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in professional and community settings ✔ Real-world experience through volunteer placements and hands-on projects ✔ A strengthened resume, portfolio, or scholarship application ✔ Opportunities to apply your skills immediately through a community-focused capstone project Throughout our hybrid training sessions, you’ll receive: - Expert-led workshops on Leadership, Project Management, and Diversity & Inclusion - An official Training Certificate from the Government of Canada - Professional references to advance your academic or career goals - Community volunteer placements eligible for volunteer credit - Networking opportunities with motivated, like-minded youth - Personalized mentorship to help you design a standout project or campaign to showcase on your resume or portfolio All of this is completed over 120 meaningful, skill-building hours designed to advance your professional development, grow your confidence, and prepare you for future academic and career opportunities. Launch your year with purpose. Elevate your skills. Build your network. Become a Changemaker. Apply by December 15, 2025 to secure your spot for the 2026 cohort.
