Next Chapter for Divorcing Families Society

Next Chapter for Divorcing Families Society (Next Chapter Society) supports families experiencing grief related to divorce or separation in Alberta. We developed and deliver The Next Chapter Program, which connects and supports parents through an eight week peer led, interactive program which focus on the individual parent, their own grief and loss processing, and provides tools for help restructure their families for the journey after divorce or separation. We also provide Rainbows program training for community agencies and their members which supports children, helping them cope with the grief due to divorce, separation, death and abandonment.

We envision a world where all people going through divorce or separation transform positively. We delivery programs, engage community partners, and provide resources that help Albertans navigate successfully through divorce or separation. Next Chapter Society is committed to providing emotional support and tools to families so that they may grow through the challenges of divorce and separation.
