The Social Media Officer is accountable to the Board of Directors and works closely with the Management Team to enhance ENW’s digital presence, community engagement, and public awareness. The Officer supports communication goals by creating, managing, and monitoring content across ENW’s social media platforms.

Additional Details & Skills Required

Basic Graphic Design Skills — Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for creating simple promotional materials.  
Volunteer Management Basics — Understanding how to communicate with volunteers, promote opportunities, and support recruitment messaging.

Certification or Education Required

Social Media Management Courses — Training in content strategy, analytics, audience engagement, and platform best practices.
Digital Marketing Certification — Skills in SEO, email marketing, analytics, and campaign planning (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot).
Brand & Communications Training — Learning how to maintain organizational voice, messaging consistency, and public‑facing communication
