KidSport Edmonton

We believe that no kid should be left on the sidelines and all should be given the opportunity to experience the positive benefits of organized sport. KidSport provides support to children in order to remove financial barriers that prevent them from playing organized sport.

To achieve this goal we need the support of volunteers at exciting events around the community, to spread awareness and raise funds to support the kids. We track volunteer hours, complete volunteer bonds, and can provide reference letters as well!

KidSport operates as a local non-profit organization that provides support to children in order to remove financial barriers that prevent them from playing organized sport. KidSport provides financial assistance for registration fees and provides access to equipment for kids up to the age of 18.

KidSport Edmonton is working hard to create a healthy community for our future by investing in the youth in our community today, who otherwise would not have the opportunity for growth, inclusion and development through participation in organized sport. KidSport helps get kids into organized sport, who otherwise would be left sitting on the sidelines due to their family’s socioeconomic position.
