Summer’s almost here, and we’re getting read for our Kick-Off to Summer BBQ — and we need YOU to help make it amazing!

📅 Date: Monday, July 7
🕔 Time: 5 PM – 7 PM
📍 Location: Balwin Community League

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to keep the fun going:
Event Set-Up: 2pm-4pm
During the event: 4:30 PM – 7 PM
After-event clean-up: 6:30 PM – 8 PM

Some Volunteer Roles Include:
Petting Zoo Attendants
Food & Beverage Support
Clean-Up Team
Game Attendants 
Site Set-Up
Site Take-Down
