Zeffy Campaign & Ticketing Coordinator

Comfortable working with online tools and careful with details? Hope Lives Here is looking for a volunteer to help build event ticketing and fundraising campaign pages in Zeffy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set up assigned campaigns, tickets and registration pages using HLH's approved information and Zeffy guide.
- Check dates, prices, descriptions, links and registration settings.
- Save your work as drafts, identify missing information and send everything for review.

GOOD FIT
Strong attention to detail, reliable follow-through and confidence learning web-based tools. Zeffy experience is helpful, not required. This role requires coordinator approval and training before platform access.

IMPORTANT
You do not independently publish campaigns, change sensitive settings, handle payments, promise donation terms or manage ticket sales after launch. Amanda approves each campaign before it goes live.

WHEN & WHERE
Remote and project-based. The assignment typically ends after the approved campaign or ticket page launches unless another project is assigned.
